We provide aerial data acquisition services — including photogrammetric mapping, LiDAR scanning, thermal inspection, and construction documentation — throughout Southern and Central California.

When you submit a quote request or contact form on our website, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and any project details you choose to share. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and, with your consent, to follow up about our services.
b. Information collected automatically
When you visit our website, certain data is collected automatically through cookies and similar tracking technologies, subject to your consent choices:
- Google Analytics (GA4): Collects anonymised data about how visitors interact with our site — pages visited, time on site, device type, approximate geographic location, and traffic source. This helps us understand which content is useful and improve the site experience.

- Keap CRM — contact information submitted via our forms is stored in Keap (formerly Infusionsoft) for lead management purposes.

Contact and lead information is retained in our CRM for as long as necessary to manage the business relationship. Analytics data in Google Analytics is retained for 14 months by default. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information from unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss. Our website is served over HTTPS and form submissions are transmitted securely.
